  • How many points can I earn from writing product reviews?
    • We’re excited to let you know that for every product review you submit, you can earn 100 points. Here are a few details to make your review experience more rewarding:
      • If your purchase includes several different products, feel free to write a review for each one! This way, you can accumulate points for each unique product reviewed. Just a note, this doesn’t apply to multiple quantities of the same item.
      • We would love to hear your thoughts starting from the 5th day after your order has been marked as completed. This gives you enough time to experience the product, There is no expiry to the review timeframe.
      • Reviews are most helpful when you have experienced the product. Therefore for returned, refunded, or canceled orders it will not be eligible for reviewing the product.
      • SkinSeoul truly values the authenticity of the reviews, We encourage you to share your honest and respectful opinions in your reviews. Don’t hesitate to be creative – adding before and after photos or videos can really bring your experience to life. Your unique perspective is not only valued by us but can also be incredibly helpful to other customers!
      • Just a heads-up, if you edit your review later, it won’t be eligible for additional points.
      • To qualify for the points, remember to include both text and either a photo or a video in your review. This combination will make your review eligible for the reward points.

    • Yes, you earn points based on a percentage of your purchase amount, which varies by your membership tier.
      • Basic: Standard benefits.
      • Silver: Earn 1% of purchases in points.
      • Gold: 2% in points plus occasional special product samples.
      •  Platinum: 3% in points plus occasional premium product samples.
  • What happens to my points if I get a refund?
    • Points equivalent to the refund amount will be deducted from your account.
  • Is there a friend referral bonus?
    • Yes, both the referrer and referee receive 300 points upon the referee’s first successful purchase that exceeds 30 SGD
  • Are there any daily events for earning points?
    • Yes, SkinSeoul offers a daily check-in event as part of their points-earning activities. If you check in daily for 7 consecutive days, you’ll be rewarded with 30 points each day. These events often come with seasonal themes, adding an element of variety and excitement. However, please note that if you miss a day, the check-in streak will reset, and you’ll need to start over to complete the 7 consecutive days for the rewards.
  • Will my points expire?
    • Yes, your points will expire precisely one year from the date of receipt. To ensure you are well informed, we will send you a friendly reminder one month before the expiration date.
  • What are the membership ranks in the loyalty program?
    • Basic: This rank is automatically given to you upon registration of an account. .
    • Silver: You are upgraded to this rank after making your first purchase with us.
    • Gold: This rank is attained by spending over 500 SGD in the past year.
    • Platinum: You reach this highest rank by spending over 2000 SGD in the past year.
    • It’s important to note that any amounts from refunded purchases are not included in the calculation of your total spent amount for these membership tiers.
  • How do I maintain my membership status?
    • Basic and Silver do not have a minimum spending to maintain the membership status.
    • Gold members need to spend a minimum of 250 SGD per year to maintain the membership status.
    • Platinum members need to spend a minimum of 1000 SGD per year to maintain their status
    • It’s important to note that any amounts from refunded purchases are not included in the calculation of your total spent amount for these membership tiers.
  • What benefits do I get at different membership tiers?
